Power Smart Home

NexBuild is partnered with BC Hydro to build Power Smart homes.  

The Power Smart New Home program is focused on saving energy in the home by starting with an energy-efficient design and encouraging energy efficiency standards in new residential construction.  

Homebuilders receive incentives to build Power Smart Homes and homeowners get the assurance that their new home is as energy efficient as possible - as well as an estimate of the annual energy consumption, similar to a mileage label on a new car.
